SHELL PLATES

BAM’s Rubber Shell Liners are used to protect the inner shell of cylinder (Ball Mill/Rod Mill) from being impacted and worn directly by material and grind-ball. At the same time one can use different size of shell liners to adjust the direction of ball mill motion to improve the grinding effect of the grinding media to material, and to help the ball mill to improve the grinding efficiency, increase production and reduce consumption. The product provide by BAM ensure the greatest wear resistance and tenacity to protect the inner shell of cylinder, reduce the maintenance times and prolong the service intervals of ball mill. LIFTER BAR

HEAD-END PLATE

This Product is an important part for conical ball Mill and its call “ feed and discharge end liners for ball mill”. Its main function is to protect the end cover of ball mill. The high wear-resistance head-end plates provided by our BAM have improved the wear condition of the feed and discharge end liners for ball mill that make the end liners have good wear-resistance and effectively increase the service life.

There is no standardisation of size of Head-End Plates as it’s design and size may different for mill to mill. We can also make customized products according to client design.

PULP LIFTER

BAM’s Pulp Lifter Discharge End has been developed to encourage early discharge of coarse product that travels down the pulp lifters during each revolution. The BAM’s Pulp Lifter improves product movement and decreases the time to exit the discharge cone, reducing pulp lifter wear and improving pulp discharge from the mill.

The geometry of the BAM’s Pulp Lifter Discharge End not only improves pulp chamber efficiency by eliminating pulp back-flow but that efficiency is not compromised by the higher mill speeds required to maintain trajectories and breakage conditions inside the mill as shell liners wear. The BAM’s Pulp Lifter Discharge End can be supplied for new mills as well as being retrofitted to mills that have originally been drilled to accommodate a radial design pulp lifter arrangement. Each design is customised to suit your mill size, application and operating conditions.

The Discharge End (DE) pulp lifter is a critical component of autogenous (AG) and semi-autogenous (SAG) grinding mills, having a significant impact on the throughput, efficiency and performance of mills. Underestimating the importance of an optimised liner design in a mill can lead to back-flow and carry-over processes which can ultimately result in high wear, poor liner life and reduced mill throughput.

WEAR RESISTANT RUBBER LINER

Rubber as a lining material has proved to be very useful in material handling applications due to its inherent dampening properties. The dampening effect of a rubber liner depends on the angle of impact. BAM bear resistant rubber liners are manufactured from special rubber compound by high pressure molding which imparts abrasion, impact and corrosion resistant properties to these liners. The wear pattern of these elements can be predicted fairly accurately which enables proper maintenance planning and hence reduces the overall costs. we can also bend, roll or shape the liners to suit each individual application.
